The REEL History Film Festival is from April 17 to May 18 and we want to see you there! Enjoy a series of screenings with guest speakers at 7pm in The Gallery at the L.E. Shore Memorial Library, in Thornbury. Our Museum has partnered with Mountain Goat Film Company Inc. to create documentary films highlighting historical stories in the Town of The Blue Mountains. These award-winning films are so good that we’re having a festival to share and celebrate them. Starting Wednesday, April 17th, then every Tuesday until May 7th. The final show will feature a live Q&A with the filmmaker at the Simcoe St. Theatre in Collingwood, on Saturday, May 18th. Admission: Pay by donation. All proceeds will go towards making more documentaries and preserving local history.
